Where we make the good stuff...
The building where the brewery is located was built in the early 1900's. It is located on North Third Street in the heart of downtown Chambersburg. It is a three story industrial all brick building harvesting 15,000 sq. ft in total area. Our brewery is currently located in the basement floor and is 5,000 sq. ft. of brick and old pine timber which has been restored to its original form.
The brewhouse that christens our humble abode traveled from Anchorage, Alaska. It is a 10 BBL JV Northwest Electric System and is paired with three 20 BBL fermenting tanks allowing us to brew twice a day. In total, we can brew up to 250 kegs per month at max capacity.
We also have a small 1/2 BBL pilot brewing system that we use to perfect and invent new recipes. This allows us to continually reinvent our products and share them with our consumers at the brewery. If we get a good response from the consumers then these products may get passed on to our flagship product line. But you can only sample and purchase growlers of these rare beers at the brewery. Our flagship seasonal products will be offered at the brewery and at many bars in the local areas, including specialty bars in the Philadelphia Region.
Jesse and Ryan are currently the only two employees and are involved in every stage of the business process from purchasing to selling and every product that goes out the door must adhere to our strict business standards.
